Refund & Returns Policy
Techno City
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.
Return Window
You may request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving your order.
Courier Costs
- If you're returning a product for reasons other than a defect (e.g. change of mind, incorrect purchase, no longer needed), you are responsible for the courier/shipping costs of sending the item back to us.
- If the product arrived damaged or broken, we will cover the return courier costs once your claim has been reviewed and approved.
Damaged or Broken Items
If your product arrives damaged or broken:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
- Send us a clear photo of the damaged or broken product. This is required for us to assess and process your claim.
- Once reviewed, if approved, we will arrange the return and refund or replacement.
How Refunds Are Processed
- Approved refunds will be paid back to your original payment method. We are unable to issue refunds via EFT, cash, or any other method if that was not how the original payment was made.
- Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
