Almost a week after purchasing my product I still have not received it. After I paid for next day shipping. Item was only picked up by couriers two days after purchase. Seller did not bother to send communication that there was an issue with the courier company that delayed the pickup. I had to reach out to enquire why item was nit picked up on time. I did not expect the item to arrive the next day, but I paid extra to receive the item earlier. Still waiting a week plus for “next day delivery” is not a good standard. Keep your clients informed to manage expectations.
